I love spending time in my garden. It helps me to wind down and relax. My garden rejuvenates my soul. In the early morning, I am in awe to see all of the tiny magic dewdrops that have formed overnight.
I grow beautiful flowers in my garden and I look forward to watching the first buds begin to open. Their vibrant colours always brighten my day. I bring my garden’s flowers into my home to freshen the energy.
I love watching the seasons change my garden and renew it.
If I ever need to feel grounded, I go outside and stand barefoot in the Earth. I soak up all of its amazing energy.
My garden is rich and wild with colour and healing. I am blessed by the beautiful memories that are created in it.
I nurture my garden with love and gratitude.
With spring fast approaching and the sun finally creeping out of hiding, this affirmation seems quite fitting for the season. Gardening can be a great form of stress reduction, earthing, and is often considered a way of meditating. Being fully present in the moment, bringing the mind and body together by feeling the earth beneath our feet and touching the earth between our hands. Audrey Hepburn said it best when she said that “to plant a garden is to believe in tomorrow.” For those of us that may not have a green thumb, I encourage you to take advantage of the season changes and buy a bouquet or plant to brighten up the house. I do this as a form of self-care for myself and enjoy looking at the beauty that nature has provided.
