Week 13: Sweetness

Week 13
I notice and appreciate all of the sweetness in my life. Whenever I am feeling flat, I simply step outside into nature and look for the beauty that surrounds me. Before too long I begin to see beauty everywhere that I go.

By focusing on beauty, joy and all things wonderful, I live an inspired life. Boredom is not something that I ever feel anymore. My life is too amazing to ever be boring.

When something beautiful happens upon me, I stop and take time to notice it. I breathe it in and that experience becomes a part of me forever.

My life is filled with moments of pure joy and magic.

I feel extremely blessed to live in such a beautiful part of the world. Every day I express gratitude for how lucky I am to call this place home. Look for the beauty in all the small things that the day has to offer; doing so can help open opportunities of joy and love that you may not have noticed before. When you wake up each day with the intent to fully live the day in the moment, releasing your worries of yesterday and the unknowing of tomorrow, you take back the power of your life and set your day with positive intent. Are you feeling stagnant in your life? Are you missing out on the joys of being alive? Try tracking all the beauty that you see in a day; a bird, the sun, a conversation with a treasured friend.. There is beauty all around for those that choose to see.

I’ll end this reflection with a quote of the very first tattoo I ever got: “Smile, because the world is a beautiful place, and there is so much to smile about.”
