Week 15
I take care of my physical body to allow my spiritual self to blossom and flourish. I am able to extract all of the sweetness in life, without filling my body with harmful substances. I love exercising and I spend time outdoors soaking up all of the Vitamin D that I require.

I make conscious choices to improve my physical health everyday, because I only have this one body and that body houses my spirit.

My immune system is incredibly strong. Each day I give thanks for my health and well-being. I do not take this incredible gift for granted.

I am in perfect health.



This affirmation is such a great reminder to never take our health for granted. If you have ever had to go through a life changing medical condition, I’m sure you can relate to the mixed feelings you had around what your health was like previous to the condition. I saw a quote one day that said something along the lines of “I don’t have to work out, I get to work out.” This was so powerful to hear. Changing our thought process and perception around our health and well-being is so crucial. When our thoughts change from “I can’t have that” to “I don’t want” we take back control of the power and put ourselves in control of our health and well-being. It’s our decision and our choice to make. We get to decide how we want to live. What does”health and well-being” look and feel like to you? Is it emotional, physical, and/or mental? Do you feel at peace with your health and well-being? Or perhaps there are areas that are lacking? What areas do you need to take back control of and implement new healthy habits?
