PLEASE BRING: anything and everything you would need for outdoor yoga & cleaning the beach! Some item suggestions would be… weather appropriate clothing, water bottle, garbage bags, hand sanitizer, gloves, recycling containers, yoga mat, snack, etc. connect with any questions.
PLEASE READ DISCLAIMER THOROUGHLY – please do not attend if you are sick or have been around people who are sick. Please provide your own equipment for safety purposes. Minimal extra equipment will be available.
Donations can be sent to the email address below. All donations are used towards funding free health & wellness resources, beach clean ups and community volunteer work on Vancouver Island.
