- WHOLESOME, HOMEMADE, LOCAL, SEASONAL GOODNESS: When you go “all-in”, you can be sure that your meals are made with fresh, local, seasonal ingredients that are either: organic, non-GMO, unsprayed and/or ethically raised. I get to know the farmers to ensure I source only the best ingredients from local farmers across Vancouver Island to make sure your food is free from preservatives, fillers, additives, and chemicals. Meals are created from scratch with minimal to no processing. Homemade spice mixes, fermented food/beverages and special seasonal goodies are also available by request.
- FRESH, FROZEN OR PRESERVED meals are made either fresh, frozen, juiced, fermented, dehydrated or created specific to you and your families dietary needs.
- 15min complimentary consult is required in order to determine allergies, preferences and meal options. Generally 3 – 5 “meals” can be made within this time. Meals are either batch prepped as a whole or prepped in individual serving sizes specified by the client. Meals can be breakfast, snack, dinner, juices, preserves, desserts, etc. Fully menu will be e-mailed before arrival unless client has a specific preference.
- Min 3hrs – max 5hrs. Ideal for individuals, couples or friends.
