Specializing in the Gut-Brain connection as well as Athletic Nutrition, I help my clients with optimizing their digestion through nutrition, lifestyle (yoga, mindfulness and/or movement), self-care practices (all 6 pillars: physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental and spiritual) and overall health & wellness goals including:
- Management and reduction of anxiety/stress and/or depression – specifically high functioning anxiety/depression and oxidative stress
- Increasing energy and/or overall cognitive focus
- Improve or help with digestion and dietary issues
- Improve or help with skin issues such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc.
- Reduction or management of migraines, cramps and muscle pain
- Transitioning to new health requirements such as Diabetes, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), Ketogenic Diet, Gut & Psychology Syndrome (GAPS), Candida Cleansing, etc.

With my knowledge in Holistic Nutrition (certified in Athletic Nutrition), being trained in Holistic Culinary Cooking and living an Ayurvedic/Ashtanga lifestyle, I help clients by creating nutrient-dense meals, meal plans or lifestyle recommendations to help support the body with healing optimally so it can back to homeostasis.
My focus is to educate, empower, support and inspire. Emphasizing on the gut-brain connection by getting to the root cause of their health concerns. I believe in integrating a variety of tools such as self-care practices, mindful movement, gut-healing protocols and simple lifestyle tweaks that anyone can be implemented easily.
My specialty is working with picky eaters or tricky new diets. A majority of my meal prepping clients have been: Family of GAPS Diet, AIP Protocol, Diabetic, Celiac, Lactose Intolerant and transitioning to new ways of eating such as KETO, PALEO and GLUTEN-FREE. However, I offer meal-prepping for all styles of eating- gluten-full and omnivore, too!
My goal is to keep things simple, attainable and affordable. Eating good food doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Focusing on whole, local, seasonal foods while integrating practical approaches to help moderate, balance and blend into a busy lifestyle.

Need help on the hobby farm? Let me help with Preserving, Fermenting or even a Kitchen Cleanse! I am happy to assist with organizing, arranging, cooking and even grocery shopping if needed.
ALL-IN Farm-to-Table package: I handle ALL of the groceries (don’t worry, they’re always locally sourced, free-range, organic and/or non-GMO), glass reusable containers – the whole works! All you supply is the kitchen- no special equipment required- I also bring that! Easy peasy, lemon squeezy.

BASIC help: You provide the groceries, reusable containers – the whole works. I’ll show up and handle the rest! Let me FILL your fridge & freezers using all of the ingredients & containers you provide- the more time I have with you, the more food you will get! I’ll handle it all; cooking, cleaning and I can even help with sourcing or picking up the groceries if needed as well (cost of groceries not included)
