In my practice, I believe in nourishing the body through local, seasonal and ethically/sustainably sourced foods; Integrating fresh foods, fresh air and a fresh perspective into your regular routine. I love to cook for my clients while also showing new ways to shop and source your food in a way that will sustain & nourish yourself, your family, friends and community. I will also teach you the tools to learn how to listen and trust your body so that we find the proper foods and movement that are best suited for you and your lifestyle.

Learning (and unlearning) how to support your emotional, physical, mental, environmental, social and spiritual wellbeing optimally. To nurture the soul is to speak your truth, embrace your authenticity and be wonderfully you. I’ll help to encourage daily self-care practices, mindfulness rituals, conscious movement & breathe that reside with you to help comfort, nurture and recharge that beautiful soul.

Nourish [feed] thy mind. The mind is so incredibly powerful – what we think, we truly become. Understanding the affects the mind has on our health is essential to understanding Holistic Nutrition. Often times it is not about what we are physically feeding ourselves, and more about what is being fed mentally. When working with the mind, I come from a place of compassion, love and understanding. My goal is to make you feel safe, supported and to help work through any mental blocks that could be preventing you from a healthier, happier you.
