Through balance and moderation, I integrate the natural elements of health and wellness for the body, mind and soul. My belief is that we hold the power on how we choose to feed, nourish and care for the different elements of our life. Holistic Nutrition is not simply just eating good food, it’s about what we are feeding ourselves mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally and environmentally. Nourish [feed] thy body. In my practice, I believe in nourishing the body with local, seasonal and ethical foods. Integrating fresh foods, fresh air and a fresh perspective into your regular routine. I’ll teach you ways to listen and trust your body to find the foods and movement that are best suited for you and your lifestyle.


Nourish [feed] thy soul. Nurturing our souls is an integral part of my practice. To nurture the soul is to speak your truth, embrace your authenticity and be wonderfully you. I’ll help to encourage daily self-care practices that will comfort, nurture and recharge your beautiful soul.


Nourish [feed] thy mind. The mind is incredibly powerful – what we think, we become. Understanding the effects the mind has on the body and soul is an important part of Holistic Nutrition. When working with the mind, I come from a place of compassion and love. My goal is to make you feel safe, supported and to work through any mental blocks that could be preventing you from a healthier, happier you.

🍎 In 2017 I received my diploma as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition and ever since I’ve become even more of foodie than ever! I love baking, cooking, fermenting and creating… maybe something for you!

🌱 Being raised by a family of butchers on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, I developed a passion for agriculture, sustainability and ethically raised/locally grown produce. I quickly involved myself in the 4-H community at a young age allowing me to build long-lasting relationships with local farmers all across BC. I’ll share with you local farm stands and grocery stores that you can shop at as well my tips on how to grow your own!

⍲ I absolutely LOVE the outdoors, our ocean and exploring all parts of our earth – if I’m not in the kitchen, you can bet I’m out hiking a mountain or kayaking our Salish Sea. ❤ I’ve suffered from high-functioning anxiety and depression since early middle school which led me to self-discovery and self-care. Completing the Discovery Program at Cedars in 2016 taught me invaluable tools and information that I use daily and weave throughout my practice. Having a regular meditation practice, reading, learning/educating and a mindfulness practice reside strongly with me and I can’t wait to share it with you all!

☯ Yoga, weight training and pretty much any outdoor activity have always been a huge part of my life. From rhythmic dance to taekwon-do to volleyball and everything in between, I believe that balance and moderation combined with regular movement is one of the best ways to prevent stagnation in the body. In 2020 I continued my education with CSNN to become certified in Athletic Nutrition & Performance and in 2021 I will be completing my 200hr Teacher Training in Ashtanga Yoga & Ayurveda through Ashtanga Yoga Victoria.

📚 I’ve worked with a variety of entrepreneurs and CEO’s to help start and build their business. Working in the business world has always excited me and pushed me to educate myself and learn more about personal development. In 2020 I continued my education by completing the Instructional Skills Workshop to become a certified Facilitator. In completing this course, I hope to offer more workshops and classes to help reach more people at a more affordable cost!

✨ Living eco-friendly with minimal toxic products in my household has also been a core value of mine. I want to know what types of ingredients I’m putting on my skin and using in my house! Since 2011, I have used essential oils to make my own all purpose cleaners, hand soap, bug spray, laundry soap- you name it! For this reason, I decided to team up with DoTERRA Essential Oils to share my love and passion for sustainable living!
