⬆️ This is me (Heidi)
🍎 Recently graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition – Vancouver Island, I’ve become even more of foodie than ever! I love baking, cooking, fermenting, creating, and tasting.
🌱 Being raised on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, I involved myself in the 4-H community at a young age and developed a passion for agriculture, sustainability and locally grown produce, raised/grown ethically.
🌲 I absolutely LOVE the outdoors, ocean and exploring – if I’m not in the kitchen, you can bet I’m out hiking a mountain or kayaking our Salish Sea. ⛰
❤ I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression which led me to self-discovery and self-care. Meditation, reading, education and mindfulness practices reside strongly with me and I can’t wait to share it with you all!
🤸🏼♀️ Yoga, weight training and pretty much any outdoor activity have always been a huge part of my life. Currently following my passion to continue my education in personal training and yoga teacher trainings.
📚 I’ve worked with a variety of entrepreneurs and CEO’s to help start and build their business. Working in the business world has always excited me and pushed me to educate myself and learn more about personal development. I work well with goal-oriented and driven individuals with a busy schedule!
