Through balance and moderation, I integrate the natural elements of health and wellness for the body, mind and soul. My belief is that we hold the power on how we choose to feed, nourish and care for the different elements of our life. Nourish [feed] thy body. In my practice, I believe in nourishing the body with local, seasonal and ethical foods. Integrating fresh foods, fresh air and a fresh perspective into your regular routine. I’ll teach you ways to listen and trust your body to find the foods and movement that are best suited for you and your lifestyle.


Nourish [feed] thy soul. Nurturing our souls is an integral part of my practice. To nurture the soul is to speak your truth, embrace your authenticity and be wonderfully you. I’ll help to encourage daily self-care practices that will comfort, nurture and recharge your beautiful soul.


Nourish [feed] thy mind. The mind is incredibly powerful – what we think, we believe. Understanding the effects the mind has on the body and soul is an important part of Holistic Nutrition. When working with the mind, I come from a place of compassion and love. My goal is to make you feel safe, supported and to work through any mental blocks that could be preventing you from a healthier, happier you.

🍎 Recently graduated as a Registered Holistic Nutritionist from Canadian School of Natural Nutrition – Vancouver Island, I’ve become even more of foodie than ever! I love baking, cooking, fermenting, creating, and tasting.

🌱 Being raised on the Saanich Peninsula of Vancouver Island, I involved myself in the 4-H community at a young age and developed a passion for agriculture, sustainability and locally grown produce, raised/grown ethically.

🌲 I absolutely LOVE the outdoors, ocean and exploring – if I’m not in the kitchen, you can bet I’m out hiking a mountain or kayaking our Salish Sea. ⛰ 

❤ I’ve suffered from anxiety and depression which led me to self-discovery and self-care. Meditation, reading, education and mindfulness practices reside strongly with me and I can’t wait to share it with you all!

🤸🏼‍♀️ Yoga, weight training and pretty much any outdoor activity have always been a huge part of my life. Currently following my passion to continue my education in personal training and yoga teacher trainings.

📚 I’ve worked with a variety of entrepreneurs and CEO’s to help start and build their business. Working in the business world has always excited me and pushed me to educate myself and learn more about personal development. I work well with goal-oriented and driven individuals with a busy schedule!
