My passion and specialty have always been food; nourishing and connecting people through nutrient dense ingredients that tastes good, looks good, smells good and is good for you!

Specializing in the Gut-Brain connection as well as Athletic Nutrition, I have helped mentor clients 1-1 with their nutrition, digestion, lifestyle (yoga, mindfulness and/or movement), self-care practices (all 6 pillars: physical, mental, emotional, social, environmental and spiritual) and overall health & wellness goals including:

      • Management and reduction of anxiety/stress and/or depression – specifically high functioning anxiety/depression and oxidative stress
      • Increasing energy and/or overall cognitive focus
      • Improve or help with digestion and dietary issues
      • Improve or help with skin issues such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc.
      • Reduction or management of migraines, cramps and muscle pain
      • Transitioning to new health requirements such as Diabetes, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), Ketogenic Diet, Gut & Psychology Syndrome (GAPS), Candida Cleansing, etc.
      • OVERWHELM; not knowing where to start with their health

With my knowledge in Holistic Nutrition (certified in Athletic Nutrition),  being trained in Holistic Culinary Cooking and living an Ayurvedic/Ashtanga lifestyle, I help clients by creating nutrient-dense meals, meal plans or lifestyle recommendations to help support the body with healing optimally so it can back to homeostasis.

My focus is to educate, empower, support and inspire. Emphasizing on the gut-brain connection by getting to the root cause of their health concerns. I believe in integrating a variety of tools such as self-care practices, mindful movement, gut-healing protocols and simple lifestyle tweaks that anyone can be implemented easily.

My specialty is working with picky eaters or tricky new diets. A majority of my meal prepping clients have been: Family of GAPS Diet, AIP Protocol, Diabetic, Celiac, Lactose Intolerant and transitioning to new ways of eating such as KETO, PALEO and GLUTEN-FREE. However, I offer meal-prepping for all styles of eating- gluten-full and omnivore, too!

My goal is to keep things simple, attainable and affordable. Eating good food doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Focusing on whole, local, seasonal foods while integrating practical approaches to help moderate, balance and blend into a busy lifestyle.

Each weekly menu includes a selection of incredible meals for you to choose from.  Thoughtfully designed and prepared by qualified Holistic Nutritionists. Every meal has a focus on organic, high quality and or locally sourced ingredients. All meals come gluten free and include protein, with dairy free, vegan and vegetarian options available too. When it comes to healthy eating it is our goal that taste is never compromised!

Currently open to Shawnigan Lake, Mill bay, Cobble hill and Duncan, on the beautiful and abundant Vancouver Island.



Personalized Farm-to-Table Meal Preparation services: created specifically for you and your households dietary concerns. Meals are prepared in reusable containers for easy storage and cooking. Catered specifically to your needs, meals can be batch prepped as a whole or prepared individually for quick and easy use. Choose between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Desserts or get more specific with special Dietary Protocols & Cleanses, Preserves, Ferments or even a Kitchen Cleanse! Let me handle the organizing, arranging, cooking and even grocery shopping if needed while you focus on the important stuff.


ALL-IN Farm-to-Table package: I handle all of the groceries (don’t worry, they’re always locally sourced from the farms, free-range, organic and/or non-GMO- only the BEST!), glass reusable containers – the whole works. All you supply is the kitchen- no special equipment required! Min 3hr – Max 8hrs: $100/hr

BASIC help: You provide the groceries, reusable containers – the whole works. I’ll show up and handle the rest! Cook, clean and I can help with sourcing or picking up the groceries for you too 🙂 Min 3hr – Max 8hrs: $50/hr

EVENTS: Retreats, events, workshops, cooking classes & more. Daily or hourly rates are available. Always open and available for co-creation as well  🙂



YOGA CLASSES, CONSCIOUS BREATH PRACTICE, MINDFUL MOVEMENT & MEDITATION MENTOR – Individual or group classes / sessions available either online or in-person

PRIVATE 1-1 – Join me on a private zoom link or in person at your home where we’ll discuss your goals with mindfulness and/or movement. Individuals or up to 2 from the same household. Investment: $50/hr

GROUP CLASSES – For groups up to 12 that are looking to move their bodies or breathe together; either through breath, movement, mindfulness or all of the above. Virtual or in-person. Investment: $100/hr
