Since graduating in 2017 and opening the doors to my business full-time in 2021, I have had the pleasure of working with a variety of individuals and families on their health journey.

My passion and specialty has always been food; nourishing and connecting people through nutrient dense ingredients that tastes good, smells good and is good for you!

However, I also offer 1-1 mentoring in yoga (mindfulness or movement), nutrition (specializing in athletic nutrition as well as the gut-brain connection) and overall health & wellness goals including:

      • Management and reduction of anxiety/stress and/or depression
      • Increasing energy and/or overall cognitive focus
      • Improve or help with digestion and dietary issues
      • Improve or help with skin issues such as acne, eczema, psoriasis, etc.
      • Reduction or management of migraines, cramps and muscle pain
      • Transitioning to new health requirements such as Diabetes, Autoimmune Protocol (AIP), Ketogenic Diet, Gut & Psychology Syndrome (GAPS), Candida Cleansing, etc.
      • OVERWHELM; not knowing where to start with their health

With my knowledge in Holistic Nutrition (certified in Athletic Nutrition),  being trained in Holistic Culinary Cooking and living an Ayurvedic/Ashtanga lifestyle, I help clients by creating nutrient-dense meals, meal plans or lifestyle recommendations to help support the body with healing optimally so it can back to homeostasis.

My focus is to educate, empower, support and inspire. Emphasizing on the gut-brain connection by getting to the root cause of their health concerns. I believe in integrating a variety of tools such as self-care practices, mindful movement, gut-healing protocols and simple lifestyle tweaks that anyone can be implemented easily.

My specialty is working with picky eaters or tricky new diets. A majority of my meal prepping clients have been: Family of GAPS Diet, AIP Protocol, Diabetic, Celiac, Lactose Intolerant and transitioning to new ways of eating such as KETO, PALEO and GLUTEN-FREE. However, I offer meal-prepping for all styles of eating- gluten-full and omnivore, too!

My goal is to keep things simple, attainable and affordable. Eating good food doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Focusing on whole, local, seasonal foods while integrating practical approaches to help moderate, balance and blend into a busy lifestyle.

MEAL PREP – Personalized meal prep services, created specifically for you, prepped in reusable glassware for safe, easy storage and cooking. Meals are either batch prepped as a whole or prepped in individual serving sizes, depending on preference. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, Snacks, Desserts, Juice Cleanse, Preserves, Ferments or whatever! I can even help with organizing, arranging and helping you set up a whole foods kitchen if necessary. Meals are generally prepared in the clients home and come with clear instructions for cooking, storage or reheating. Basic packages starting at $250.

HOURLY – Not interested in set packages? I also offer hourly personal chef services; let me help with the groceries, kitchen cleanse, meal prepping, cooking, cleanses or anything kitchen related! Basic hourly rate starting at $50/hr.

EVENTS – Looking for some help with retreats, events, workshops, cooking classes or more? Daily or hourly rates are available. Basic hourly rate starting at $100/hr.


MENTORSHIP, CONSULTATIONS & ACCOUNTABILITY – for your own personal health & wellness goals, to help you stay on track or to help you with getting started.

1-1 mentoring is available for yoga (mindfulness, movement and/or breath), nutrition (specializing in athletic nutrition as well as the gut-brain connection) and overall health & wellness goals. Each session may be catered to what your body needs in that present moment.

INITIAL – 15min complimentary meet & greet, 1hr initial consultation to discuss primary health concerns and go through intake form (if necessary) plus 30min follow up 1 month after initial consult to discuss next steps. Investment: $150

HOURLY – For those that are looking for consistent accountability, improvement, inspiration and support. These may be booked at any time, as often as you’d like. Investment: $100/hr

FOLLOW UP – For those that are looking for follow-up support from a workshop, event, booklet, class or session. These may be booked at any time, as often as you’d like, after our first initial session or after any event. Investment: 30min for $60


YOGA CLASSES – Individual or group classes available either online or in-person

PRIVATE 1-1 – Join me on a private zoom link where we’ll discuss your goals with mindfulness & movement. Individuals or partners from the same household. Investment: $50/hr

GROUP CLASSES – For groups up to 10 people that are looking to move their bodies together; either through breath, movement, mindfulness or all of the above. Virtual or in-person. Investment: $100/hr
