WHO I WORK WELL WITH

I’ve worked with a variety of men and women ranging from the ages of 15 – 50. I’ve helped people with gastrointestinal issues, IBS, Crohns, ulcers, candida, psoriasis, GAPS meal planning, ketogenic diets, intermittent fasting, candida diets, chronic indigestion, depression, anxiety, and a variety of athletes working towards their athletic goals.

With my knowledge in fermentation and my own personal experience with a few of the related topics above, I believe in integrating a variety of self-care practices and gut balancing protocols into my clients routines and getting to the route cause of their health issues.

My goal is to keep things simple, attainable and local. Focusing on whole, local, seasonal foods while integrating practical approaches to help moderate, balance and blend into a busy lifestyle.

I work well with busy clients that have set, focused goals of what they would like to accomplish with their health and nutrition journey. These people include, but are not limited to: Athletes, CEO’s, Entrepreneurs, and goal oriented individuals.

  • 45min initial consultation to go over forms and set goals
  • 30min follow up within 1 month of initial consultation to discuss progress and review the next steps
  • Client intake form will be sent after the complimentary consultation to be completed and sent back 1 week before the initial consultation.
  • Personal work-booklet will be given at initial consultation.
  • Personalized handouts may be e-mailed or given at follow up.
