Is your WIFI wiping you out?

Let’s talk EMF.

I went down the EMF (electromagnetic field) rabbit hole and OH BOY was I not prepared for what I found!

Sadly, I don’t feel this topic is talked about nearly enough; and yet, we are SURROUNDED by EMF radiation – on a daily basis! Here’s a few facts on EMF radiation and how it could be the cause of your anxiety, fatigue and sleep deprivation.

EMF’s are invisible areas of energy, usually referred as radiation, that are found in all electrical units (TV’s, smart meters, cellphones, cars, seat warmers, computers, etc).

There are high levels and low levels of EMF radiation exerted from all electrical units depending on it’s wavelength and frequency.

Because EMF radiation directly affects the Nervous System, high exposure of EMF radiation could cause EHS (Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity).

Symptoms can be mild to severe and can include:

  • Chronic sleep issues
  • Headaches
  • Chronic fatigue
  • Memory/Concentration loss
  • Tinnitus
  • Learning + immune system problems
  • Anxiety, stress + depression
  • Rashes
  • Cancer

Sadly, this exposure is next to impossible to avoid (unless you move out into the middle of nowhere… which, somedays, doesn’t sound too bad!) however, you CAN limit your exposure to it by doing a few simple life changes! Here are a few I highly recommend

  • Turning your WIFI/Router off at night
  • Using an ethernet cable whenever possible
  • Using EMF protection devices such as Headphones, Laptop cases, Cellphone Cases,  etc.
  • Using a home EMF protection system
  • Grounding + Earthing – the art of walking barefoot on the earth to reduce EMF exposure and connect to the earths electrical energy system.

I use @defendershield for all of my protective devices as they do independent testing, and block Extremely Low Frequency Radiation, cellular Radiation, WIFI radiation, bluetooth Radiation and heat radiation. In this photo, I’m using their tube headphones. I also use their cellphone case and laptop case.
