Tips will be ways to support your body Physically, Mentally, Emotionally, Environmentally, Socially and Spiritually through:
- Nutrition (recipes, ingredients to focus on, beverage tips, etc.)
- Lifestyle (ways to ‘detox’ your life, minimize screen time, optimal sleep tips, etc.)
- Yoga, Mindfulness & Mindfulness (beginner breath tips, mindfulness strategies, stretches to support detox, etc.)
- Some Essential Oil Recommendations (fun ways to use if interested)
