Join Heidi for a weekly mindfulness practice to help get in touch with your body by supporting the nervous system and optimal digestive function during this transition season.
This series is ideal for people who are beginning their mindfulness journey and looking for nourishing ways to support their body in times of anxiety, stress, overwhelm, upset stomachs, menstruation discomfort/cramps or how to calm the body for rest.
- Beginner breathing practice
- Soothing yoga sequence
- Seasonal recipe for food and/or beverage
- Space and time to meditate, journal, rest, digest & relax before and after practice with herbal teas available
DATES: Tuesday evenings, November 2, 9, 16, 23, 30
TIME: Class will be from 6:30pm – 7:30pm HOWEVER, those attending in person may arrive early at 6pm and stay late until 8pm to get settled in, relax, meditate or ask questions.
IN-PERSON COST: $55 for 5 classes or $15 drop-in
