Due to unforeseen circumstances, I have a bit of a change & adjustments to the in-person Anxiety Workshops coming up!!

But don’t worry, I’m not canceling- I’m actually hoping to make it more accessible for everyone!..

With the weather sadly getting a bit worse.. and road conditions getting a bit scarier to drive.. and gas being a bit more restricted now.. I have decided to CHANGE the SATURDAY DEC 4 location to VICTORIA!

Healing doesn’t happen overnight.

I am healing every single day.. as I grow and learn more about myself and this world. I have so many joyous day but I will also hurt some days, too. And that’s okay. Health, happiness and healing is whatever that LOOKS and FEELS like to YOU; all I can try to do is inspire, educate and support in any way I can.

I want to help others cultivate their own health and happiness for themselves; in whatever way that looks like for them.
